Section 8 Consolidation Program Notice
Please be aware of the Section 8 Consolidation Program- is a private company which is not affiliated with the Housing Authority or HUD. You do not need to pay to apply for any federally subsidized program.

The Housing Authority is currently accepting applications for 1 and 2 bedroom senior housing apartments. Complexes are located in the cities of Victorville, Yucaipa, San Bernardino, Twin Peaks, Montclair and Fontana. Applicants must be low-income senior citizen families (62 years of age or older) with no more than 2 persons in the household. All applications will be considered on a first come first served basis.
