The Housing Authority is committed to helping all families in need achieve an enriched quality of life by providing housing opportunities and resources throughout San Bernardino County.

• Future Residents/Participants:
  Information is available for individuals interested in participating in one of the housing programs available.
• Public Housing Program:
  Provides affordable housing to families, seniors and disabled individuals throughout the County of San Bernardino.
• Housing Choice Voucher Program:
  Manages vouchers to low income families and individuals.
• Other Housing Opportunities:
  Affordable housing opportunities, aside from the voucher and public housing programs are also available.

• Homeownership Assistance Program:
  Helps families achieve homeownership.
• Community Resources:
  Provides information on various County resources.
• Community Development Initiatives:
  Connects residents and participants to services and activities that encourage self-sufficiency.
• Five Year Lease Assistance:
  New families (non-elderly, non-disabled) will receive a maximum of five years of lease assistance and case management to ultimately be on a path towards economic independence.
