HCV Participants

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program (commonly referred to as Section 8) manages vouchers to low income families and individuals. These vouchers give our families the freedom to select decent, safe and sanitary housing based on their individual needs. Below you'll find information on MTW activities that apply to HCV Participants, information on the various voucher programs, and other services available to voucher participants.

• MTW: Activities that affect HCV Participants
  There are several MTW activities that are important for HCV participants.

• Additional HCV Programs
  In addition to the voucher program, the Housing Authority administers other programs.

• Neighborhood Network Centers
  Each Center is open to the public and offers free access to high-speed internet and staff to help individuals search for employment, build resumes, and access other resources.

• Portability
  Housing Choice Voucher Portability is an option that eligible voucher holders may utilize in order to move throughout the United States.
