HOME Affordable Housing Program

Affordable housing units are also available through the HOME affordable housing program. The HOME Affordable housing program is available to low and moderate-income households whose annual income does not exceed 50%, 60% or 80% of the area median income (AMI). This program ensures reasonable housing choices for individuals and families. The tables below include the HOME Program maximum income limits and rents. A families' income cannot exceed the amounts reflected below, based on the income requirements for that development. For example, units in Baker are only available for families whose income does not exceed 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

The Housing Authority contracts with Beacon Property Management to manage the HOME Affordable housing program developments. Unfortunately, these units are currently filled and we do not have any vacancies; however, Beacon is currently accepting applications for the waiting list.
